【YunTech announcement】公告本校「111年度汽車停車證」延長使用期限YunTech Campus Security's "Extension of 111 Academic Year Parking ID card” Rules

主旨:公告本校「111年度汽車停車證」延長使用期限。

依據:依總務處校園停車規劃協調會決議辦理。

公告:

一、「111學年度汽車停車證」，可延用期限至本校「建置使用者付費設施及相關法制研修完成」為止。

二、本校為落實「使用者付費」，本校「校園汽車停車收費系統」已公告招標中。「111學年度汽車停車證」可繼續使用。

三、本校校園汽車停車收費系統建置完成、車輛管理要點修正通過實施後，總務處再據以將「校園停車收費相關規範」公告全體教職員工學生知照。

四、112學年度新進教職員工同仁車輛如需進入校園時，請出示教職員證工校門口駐警隊人員辨識後通行；學生「111學年度汽車停車證」比照延用，無停車證者需持個人有效證件辦理「臨時停車證」換證，方得進入校園。

五、校園建置「使用者付費相關設施」工程施工期間，進入校園車輛應減速慢行、禮讓行人優先通行。

1. YunTech is holding parking user charge in the near future. The campus parking toll collection system” is still being created. If your "Student Parking ID card” was applied in 111 academic year, you could use it until the “campus parking toll collection system” has been announced.

2. If New Faculties of 112 School Year need to park cars on the campus, please sign in at the YunTech front gate (Campus Security) to get a student Parking pass. For students, if your "Student Parking ID card” was applied in 111 academic year, you could still use it. If you don’t have "Student Parking ID card”, you also need to sign in at the YunTech front gate (Campus Security) to get a student Parking pass.

3. Please reduce speed and drive slowly or stop vehicles to allow pedestrians to cross. Thank you.
