【YunTech Academic Affairs announcement】本校112學年度第1學期入學成績優異獎學金申請相關事宜 YunTech Entrance Scholarship for the First Semester of the 2023 Academic Year

主旨:國立雲林科技大學112學年度第1學期入學成績優異獎學金申請
 

一、對象：申請時為本校在學學生且非在職生。保留入學資格、休學、轉系、轉學、退學、延修生，皆不具申請資格；符合繼續申請資格者，亦不得提出申請。

二、首次申請條件：符合本校入學成績優異獎學金要點第三點、王秋雄榮譽博士優秀入學獎學金實施要點第三點、王秋雄榮譽博士研究所優秀入學獎學金實施要點第三點。

三、申請時間及程序：112年9月11日（星期一）起至9月22日（星期五）止，上網至本校首頁→單一入口服務網→教務資訊系統→我的申請→入學成績優異獎學金申請，線上登錄並列印入學成績優異獎學金申請書紙本及檢附相關證明文件。至學校註冊組辦理相關手續。上述程序未完成者，不得辦理入學成績優異獎學金申請。

四、書面申請表件繳交方式：繳交至註冊組，逾期不予受理。

六、入學成績優異獎學金相關要點及領取標準，請至「教務處網站→服務項目→06-1入學成績優異獎學金申請」查詢，亦可至「教務處網站→快速連結→入學成績優異獎學金」查詢。

七、依王秋雄榮譽博士研究所優秀入學獎學金實施要點規定：正取前10%及正取前15%，按招生總名額計算；若名額未達一名時，以該系所當年度總正取名額合併計算，合併計算後仍未達一名時，以一名為計。112學年度會計系博士班甄試入學，提早入學生已申請該名額，因此會計系博士班考試招生已無王秋雄榮譽博士優秀入學獎學金正取前10%及正取前15%之名額。

Theme: Pertaining to the Application for the Merit-based Entrance Scholarship for the First Semester of the 2023 Academic Year at Yuntech 

I. Eligibility: Applicants must be current students of Yuntech and not part-time students. Those who have retained their admission status, taken a leave of absence, transferred departments or schools, withdrawn, or are extension students are not eligible to apply. Those who meet the continuous application qualifications are also not allowed to apply.

II. Initial Application Requirements: Applicants must meet the third point of the Yuntech Merit-based Entrance Scholarship Guidelines, the third point of the Implementation Guidelines for the Dr. Wang Qiuxiong Honorary Doctorate Outstanding Entrance Scholarship, and the third point of the Implementation Guidelines for the Dr. Wang Qiuxiong Honorary Doctorate Graduate School Outstanding Entrance Scholarship.

III. Application Period and Procedure: From September 11th (Monday) to September 22nd (Friday), 2023, go online to the Yuntech homepage → Yuntech SSO → Academic Information System → My Application → Application for Merit-based Entrance Scholarship, register online and print out the application form for the Merit-based Entrance Scholarship and attach the relevant supporting documents. Proceed to the Registration Division for related procedures. Those who have not completed the above procedure are not allowed to apply for the Merit-based Entrance Scholarship.

IV. Submission Method for the Written Application: Submit to the Registration Division, late submissions will not be accepted.

VII. According to the Implementation Guidelines for the Dr. Wang Qiuxiong Honorary Doctorate Graduate School Outstanding Entrance Scholarship: The top 10% and top 15% of the admitted students are calculated based on the total number of admissions. If the quota does not reach one person, it is calculated by combining the total number of admitted students for that academic year. If it still does not reach one person after the combination, it is calculated as one person. For the 2023 academic year, the Department of Accounting Doctoral Program has already applied for this quota for early admission students, so there are no quotas for the top 10% and top 15% of the admitted students for the Dr. Wang Qiuxiong Honorary Doctorate Outstanding Entrance Scholarship in the Department of Accounting Doctoral Program.
