【IAI announcement】【教務處】【112-2研究生論文題目暨指導教授提報系統】自113年6月1日開放至7月25日止
研究生論文題目暨指導教授提報系統提報前,請與您的指導教授討論並訂定與系所專業符合之題目。
系所有另訂規範者,從其規定,如同學有相關疑問,可洽詢您所屬的系所承辦人員。
主旨:112學年度第2學期「研究生論文題目暨指導教授提報系統」自113年6月1日起至7月25日止,開放研究生上網提報,未完成提報者,次學期不得申請學位考試。
說明:
1.依據本校「延聘及更換指導教授實施要點」第2點第4款:「研究生最遲應於學位考試前一學期上教務資訊統提報……」。
2.研究生提報路徑:
(1)單一入口服務網/教務資訊系統/碩博士論文/論文題目暨指導教授提報。
(2)單一入口服務網/熱門申請/論文題目暨指導教授提報。

3.研究生提送之論文題目,須與所屬系所之專業符合。
(1)一經確認送出即無法自行更改,請勿填「待定」等非系所專業屬性的題目。
同學登錄資料,一經按過【確定提交】即不能更改指導教授資料及目前提送的論文題目(「申請學位考試」時,論文題目欄位才開放修改),請務必確認無誤後再執行【確定提交】動作。
(2)系所將開會審議論文題目,請您經指導教授同意後填報(有共同指導者須一併填報)。
(3)請於系統截止日(開放申請及列印至113年7月25日止)前完成「列印提報單」,並經指導教授簽章後,送交系所承辦人員存查。註:請於系統關閉前下載並列印,7月25日後只開放查詢。
(4)博士生選定指導教授職級為助理教授職級者,須系所務會議審議(依學位授予法擔任博士學位考試委員資格)。
4.預計113學年第1學期申請學位考試同學,務必於本學期完成提報。

Subject: Graduate Thesis Title and Advisor Reporting System for the 2nd Semester of the 112th Academic Year
Dear Students,
The Graduate Thesis Title and Advisor Reporting System will be open for submissions from June 1, 2024, to July 25, 2024. Please complete your submission within this period; otherwise, you will not be eligible to apply for the degree examination in the next semester.
Details:
According to the university's "Guidelines for the Appointment and Replacement of Advisors," Point 2, Clause 4: "Graduate students must report on the academic information system by the semester before the degree examination," students are required to select and report their advisor in accordance with these guidelines and the "Graduate Degree Examination Regulations."

The thesis title reported by the student must align with the major of the respective department. Students must register and report their thesis title with the approval of their advisor by the system deadline (July 25, 2024). If there are co-advisors, they must also be reported. Complete the "Report Form" with signatures and submit it to the department's administrative staff for record-keeping. Students planning to apply for the degree examination in the 1st semester of the 113th academic year must complete the report within this semester.
Students who have already completed the system report do not need to repeat the process. Those who wish to change their advisor or add a co-advisor must fill out the "Application Form for Changing Advisor for Master's and Ph.D. Students."
The system review rights for departments are restricted until July 30, 2024. Departments must review the reported thesis titles by September 30, 2024, and ensure they align with the respective majors. Submit the registration book and meeting records for this semester to the Academic Affairs Office for record-keeping.
